I'm passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma and inter-generational trauma, identity and belonging; couples with communication, conflict repair, and clearer patterns; caregivers seeking practical tools for co‑regulation, routines, and boundaries; and families navigating communication challenges and neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, ODD). My style is empathic, identity‑affirming, strengths‑based, and practical, drawing from Narrative Therapy and Emotion‑Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I currently offer virtual or phone sessions with daytime availability.
