Individual Counselling I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and trauma (including childhood and intergenerational trauma), as well as those exploring identity and belonging. Uncovering and understanding early childhood experiences can clarify present patterns and support healing from attachment issues.
I specialize in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support, guided by the belief that the complex emotional journeys of expanding your family and entering a new stage of life were never meant to be walked alone. I also support parents navigating the unique challenges of default parenting, co-parenting dynamics, differing parenting styles, and supporting children with behavioural issues. Navigating the heavy mental load and pressure of being a parent alongside anxiety, stress, and relational strain can take a profound toll on your mental health. You don’t have to carry this alone.
As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I support individuals living with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. As a RSW, I can also assist with the completion of Income Assistance (IA) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) applications.
Couples Counselling Relationships face unique strains across different seasons of life. As a couple’s therapist, I support partners in strengthening their bond by building healthy communication, repairing conflict, and breaking unhelpful relational patterns. I am deeply committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, non-traditional couples, and diverse family structures.
My practice focuses on helping partners navigate relationship and marriage conflict, particularly the stress that arises when considering growing your family, during the fertility journey, or while adjusting to the realities of parenthood. I also help partners work through family friction stemming from differing parenting philosophies, guiding you toward shared understanding, deeper connection, and a unified team approach.
Parent/Co-Parenting and Family Counselling I specialize in supporting caregivers navigating the complexities of parenting, co-parenting, and step-parent dynamics, including assisting a family through high-stress transitions. Whether your family is navigating separation and co-parenting with an ex-partner, adjusting as a step-parent, managing differences in parenting approaches, or supporting child development, these experiences can bring significant challenges to communication, connection, and decision-making.
I support children with diverse needs and neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, autism, ODD). I also specialize in early childhood development, offering targeted parent coaching to address behavioral challenges and help create a calmer, more grounded household. Together, we explore the expectations and patterns shaping your family, giving you the space to process past conflicts while building practical tools to navigate friction constructively and help every family member thrive.
I am happy to connect with you and book a free consultation. If you’re interested in getting in touch with me, please feel free to leave me a brief message.
I take a narrative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that people are the experts in their own lives and that our identities are shaped by the stories we hold about ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences. Together, we explore the impact of historical and current struggles and relationship difficulties, while also uncovering strengths, values, and resilience that are sometimes overshadowed by these struggles.
I am particularly interested in understanding how broader social, cultural, and systemic contexts, such as discrimination, heteronormativity, colonialism, and intergenerational trauma, influence wellbeing. By examining these influences, we can often develop a more compassionate understanding of challenges that are often viewed as individual problems.
Through collaborative and reflective conversations, I support people in uncovering preferred stories about who they are, what they value, and their desired future direction. The goal is to create space for new perspectives, strengthen a sense of identity and agency, and foster meaningful change that is aligned with their values, relationships, and hopes for the future.
Individual Counselling sessions are $185 per 50-minute session and $255 per 80-minute session.
